One year. Exactly one year since I returned.

And actually, they invited the greatest chefs in London, five specifically, to form a jury had to evaluate three of their peers, one for entrance, the other for a plate, the latter for dessert.

Let me tell you that even behind the screen you were salivating dishes.

Within the jury, I recognized the red beard, turning salt and pepper, cut fine, Michel Roux, the head of Gavroche, this fancy restaurant two stars, where I spent two months of service there a year and a half.

And it made me go back all the memories of this unique experience, from simple runner became a professor of French in businesses or individuals.

So advice to those who pass by here: try your luck, take your bag, go and see London! It gets back pumped up.
